KPFTraining Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026
KPFTraining is a personal fitness, nutrition and coaching check-in application maintained by Dele Akano. This policy covers the app at excel-to-qb-helper.lovable.app, its cloud history service and its optional TrueCoach PC helper.
Information the app handles
- Information you enter: body weight, workout weights and reps, set and workout notes, missed-workout explanations, check-in questionnaire answers, foods, nutrition labels, meals and nutrition targets.
- With your authorization, read-only Fitbit/Google Health information: sleep, daily steps and activity summaries such as calories and active zone minutes, and available health summaries such as resting heart rate and heart-rate variability. The app does not modify your watch records.
- Photos you select for check-ins or nutrition-label reading, and workout screenshots you choose to import.
- Technical information needed to operate the service, including private device identifiers, authorization tokens, synchronization timestamps, upload status and error information. Hosting and connected providers may also process network information such as IP addresses.
How information is used
Information is used to display and retain your history, calculate workout suggestions and meal totals, import watch summaries, recover saved entries, and deliver the check-in information you choose to your coach. Watch access is optional. You authorize access through Google; the app does not ask for or store your Google password.
Storage and retention
Entries and drafts are stored on your device. The private cloud history service uses Supabase to retain synchronized records and earlier versions for recovery. Workout upload packets and verification records are also stored in the private upload queue. Previous versions are retained rather than automatically removed when you edit or clear a field; there is currently no scheduled automatic expiry for these history records.
Selected check-in photos are stored locally on your device until you remove them or clear that device's app storage. Downloaded backups remain wherever you save them, such as Files or iCloud Drive. Clearing local app data does not delete cloud copies or information already delivered to your coach.
Google refresh tokens and service credentials are kept in the app's server configuration. Private history access uses device sessions and database access controls. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to your unlocked device or exported backups can expose your information.
Sharing and connected services
- Lovable provides app hosting, server functions and optional AI processing. Supabase provides private history and upload-queue storage.
- Saving a check-in sends the selected check-in information to the configured coach's Google spreadsheet. People with access to that spreadsheet can view it.
- The optional TrueCoach helper receives explicitly queued workouts and notes, enters them through your signed-in TrueCoach browser session, and verifies saved results. Your TrueCoach login remains in that browser.
- Sharing check-in photos and a message through WhatsApp or another sharing destination sends them to the recipient you select. That service and recipient handle their copies under their own practices.
- Playing embedded demonstration videos connects to YouTube, which may process viewing and device information under its own privacy policy.
KPFTraining does not sell your personal information or use your Google health information for advertising. Service providers process information to support the features described here. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
Optional AI features
If you choose nutrition-label photo reading or workout-screenshot importing, the submitted image is sent through Lovable's AI service for extraction. Review the extracted information before saving it. These features do not send your synchronized Fitbit/Google Health records to the AI service. Provider processing and retention are subject to the provider's applicable terms. Uploading a backup to ChatGPT or another service is a separate sharing action you choose; it is not automatic.
Google API data
KPFTraining's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google information is used for the fitness and check-in features described above and is not used to train generalized AI models.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can revoke KPFTraining's Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized retrieval but does not remove previously imported records. You can disconnect the PC helper from the app, remove selected photos, and export your workout and history backups.
To request deletion of retained cloud history, upload records or stored authorization credentials, contact dele.akano@kpfstructural.com. We may need to confirm which private device history belongs to the request before deleting it. Copies already held in your own backups, your coach's spreadsheet, TrueCoach or a messaging service must be managed separately with their respective holder.
