This helper receives only the workouts explicitly queued from the paired device. It uses a separate background tab, checks dates and exercise names, saves results, then reopens the page to verify them. Different existing results are never overwritten.
If TrueCoach signs you out, sign in using the link above and retry from your phone. Disconnect this PC from the training app to revoke its queue access.
