KPFTraining Terms of Service

These terms apply to KPFTraining at excel-to-qb-helper.lovable.app and its optional PC helper. KPFTraining is maintained by Dele Akano for personal fitness tracking, nutrition planning and coaching check-ins. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Using the app

Use the app only for information and accounts you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for reviewing entered and imported information, keeping your device and connected accounts secure, and choosing the correct coach, spreadsheet and message recipient. Do not use the app to access another person's private records without permission, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful material.

Your information

You retain ownership of the workout records, notes, photos and other content you provide. You permit the app and its service providers to process, store and transmit that information as needed to provide the features you choose. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Fitness and nutrition calculations

Workout suggestions, food calculations and imported health summaries are informational tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calculations depend on the information supplied and may contain errors. Follow your qualified coach's instructions and seek appropriate professional advice about illness, injury or health concerns. Review AI-extracted labels and exercise instructions before relying on them.

Connected services and uploads

Google, Fitbit/Google Health, Google Sheets, TrueCoach, YouTube, WhatsApp, Lovable and Supabase are independent services with their own terms and availability. Authorizing a connection permits only the access described by that connection. An upload queue or a workout's completion badge does not establish that every result was delivered; review the app's verification status and the destination records. You may revoke supported connections and stop using optional integrations.

Backups and availability

The app is under active development. Syncing, storage, calculations and uploads may be delayed, interrupted or unsuccessful. Keep independent exports of important records and check save and delivery confirmations. Device storage can be lost when browser data is cleared or a device is lost. Cloud retention and recovery also depend on the connected providers. The app does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every record can be recovered.

Charges

These terms do not establish a paid subscription for KPFTraining. Optional third-party features may incur charges from their providers, including AI processing, hosting or storage. Review the relevant provider's billing arrangements before enabling paid features. Any future KPFTraining fee will be disclosed before purchase.

Service changes and ending use

Features may change or become unavailable as the app or its providers change. You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be restricted for misuse or to protect the service. Export important records before discontinuing use. For deletion requests, follow the contact process in the Privacy Policy; stopping use alone does not delete retained cloud copies or records already shared with a coach.

Responsibility and applicable law

The app is provided as available, without a promise that its suggestions, calculations or integrations will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainer is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
