Entries save as you type on this device. Previous versions are kept when you edit or clear results.

Download a copy to Files or iCloud Drive after training. Filenames start with the export date and local time; sort by Name, newest first, to find your latest backup. Device storage alone cannot protect against a lost phone or cleared app data.

Send all pending workouts to TrueCoach

Every recorded day, each lift and its notes. Your connected PC finds the dates, enters the results, saves, and checks them again.

Checking PC connection…

One-time PC connection
  1. On your PC, download the PC helper and extract the ZIP.
  2. Open Chrome → Extensions → Manage extensions, or Edge → Extensions → Manage extensions. Turn on Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select the extracted folder containing manifest.json.
  3. Open the helper’s Details → Extension options. Sign in to TrueCoach in that same browser. Your TrueCoach password stays there.
  4. On this phone, generate a connection code below and enter it in the PC helper. It expires after 15 minutes and can be used once. The code grants access only to this device’s queued TrueCoach uploads.

Your PC and its browser must remain running. Queued workouts wait if it is offline. Phone and Lovable preview have separate saved histories; send from the device holding your entries.

New workout? Update from a screenshot

Week to week, your lifts carry over on their own — you only need this when the coach changes the workout. Screenshot the new TrueCoach day (up to 4 at once) and this day's exercises are swapped in; anything with the same name keeps its logged weights. Removed exercises and their histories are archived in Backups & recovery.

Add a lift

Weight × reps × sets. A pl is a 45 lb plate, so 2pl+10 is 100 lb. Or fill the three boxes below.

Weeks continue without a fixed end; every set's target weight comes from your most recent logged week for that lift.

Your saved lifts are kept on this phone.
